Yes\n\n  \n\nPresentation Speaker: Betty Simora (speaking from 12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.)\nPresentation Topic:  The History of LADA\nPresentation Goals:\n\nHow LADA began\nHow LADA became the largest activity director association in PA\nHow LADA linked up to NCCAP\n\n\n\nBio: \nBetty Simora has worked with the senior population for more than 36 years\, beginning with directing senior choruses in senior centers to becoming a senior center manager for 100 participants for several years.  She then began her work in continuum care as an activity director at Saint Anne’s Retirement Community. Working in the field for 25 years. It was at this time she learned about LADA and became an active member. She was president twice and developed the link to NCAP to LADA.  \n \n\nPresentation Speaker: Andrew Hostetter (speaking from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.)\nPresentation Topic:  Interfaith Programs\nPresentation Goals:\n\nThe importance of spiritual engagement to health and happiness\nThe speaker’s objectives and planning process for creating multifaith spiritual programs\nOutcomes for this type of work\n\n\n\nBio: \nRev. Andrew Hostetter served as a Director of Youth\, College and Young Adult Ministry at Wayne Presbyterian for over a decade.  After leaving Wayne\, he served as the Pastor at Centre Presbyterian Church in Perry County PA for three years.  In October 2023 Andrew left his church to accept a position as Supportive Living Chaplain at Willow Valley Communities.  He is the chaplain at the Glen which has close to 300 residents between the skilled care floors\, a personal care floor\, and a memory care floor.  He works closely with Recreational Therapy (Life Enrichment) staff with all of his program planning and leading.  Andrew particularly loves getting to hear the stories of his residents and support them and their families during times of transition or loss.  He is married to Rev. Sarah Hostetter\, and has two awesome kids in 1st grade and Preschool\, and enjoys gardening\, playing board games\, and going on family walks or hikes in his free time.
